Review Part 1: Nicole Diary Water Decals

Sorry I haven't been able to get in posts since last couple of days. But without wasting any more time I decided to get in back to writing that might help you for your nail art. Well!! for today I have these super pretty Water decals from NICOLE DIARY.

Nicole Diary store has a wide range of Nail products as well as Makeup tools & brushes. I had reviewed a couple of NICOLE DIARY Stamping plates few months. Not only are the stamping plates amazing but even the Water Decals by these brand are also excellent. Since there were 8 different patterns; I divided them into two parts of which today I would be sharing with you all the 1st part of Nail Art Water Decals which include 4 water decals each from a Water decal set available at Nicole Diary on Amazon.

Firstly, in all you have 8 different sets of Water decals available at Nicole Diary on Amazon each containing 5 different patterns. The Water decals that I plan to review today belong to the Sets Black Blossom, Secret Garden, Black Aztac and Lilac.

Black Blossom:

This particular set contains Black printed designs which include Paisleys, Vines and Doodled flowers. The patterns in this set are from BB01-BB05. Designs are full cover for the nails.

From the set I have used Black Blossom 05. They have a transparent base and look the best on a light background due to the dark print.

Secret Garden:

This particular set contains patterns from SG01-SG05. As the name suggests it contains Garden themed designs printed in Black including Florals, Dandelions, Butterflies, Panda and Bamboo sticks. 

From the set I used Secret Garden 04. They have a transparent base dark print so made my mani using a Pastel Yellow base.

Black Aztac: 

The Black Aztac set contains patterns from BA01-BA05. The decal designs in this set are mainly Tribal print and Aztec Pattern.

The decal sheet I have used from the set is Black Aztac 04. Due to the transparent base and print in black my mani is using a Peach Base color.

Lilac: 

The patterns of Lilac Set include numbers Lilac01- Lilac05. This set contains variety of designs which include Florals, Leaves, Vines, Fall leaves to name some. The difference of this set from the above three is that this set consists of colorful designs while the above three included a single color (black) prints.

For the mani design I used Lilac 05. For the base of the decal I used a white Polish on the middle and ring finger nail and complemented the design by using a Mauve shade for the thumb and other two fingers.

How to use these Water decals;

1.  Apply a Base coat and let it dry completely.
2. Prepare the base for decal using a Nail polish color of your choice.
3. Cut the decals from the sheet.
4. In a bowl containing warm water dip the decals for few minutes till      
    it separates from base.
5. Now place the decal on the nail as desired and soak of the excess water around   
    it using a tissue paper.
6. Once dried apply a good Top coat and seal the design firmly the nail base.


Overall what I think about these decals;

1. High Quality.
2. Each pack contains 10 decals size vary according to finger nails. 
3. Designs are quite big enough for long nails.

4. Designs include both full cover designs to individual images. 

5. Huge variety of designs.
